Returns & Refunds Policy — Research Reagents
For laboratory research use only. All products are research reagents, not for human consumption, not FDA approved, and not dietary supplements.
Damaged or Defective Products
If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Returns
Due to the nature of research reagents, returns are accepted only for unopened, sealed products within 14 days of delivery. Products must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened or partially used products cannot be returned due to research reagent integrity and safety requirements.
