Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped via tracked courier services. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. We ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
Packaging
All research reagents are packaged in secure, discreet packaging to protect compound integrity during transit. Lyophilized peptides are shipped with desiccant and should be stored at -20°C upon receipt.
Handling Precautions
Products are for qualified researchers only. Proper laboratory handling protocols, including PPE, should be followed. Purchaser assumes all responsibility for proper handling and storage upon delivery.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
