1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing products from Pure Options, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. All products are sold exclusively for laboratory research purposes. By placing an order, you represent that you are a qualified researcher or are purchasing on behalf of a research institution.

2. Product Use Restrictions

All compounds sold by Pure Options are strictly for in vitro laboratory research use only. Products are not intended for human or veterinary use, are not drugs, food additives, cosmetics, or dietary supplements. They are not FDA approved for any purpose. Misuse of products is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

3. Purchaser Qualifications

Purchasers must be at least 21 years of age and represent that they have the necessary qualifications, training, and institutional affiliation to handle research compounds safely and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

4. Limitation of Liability

Pure Options shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the misuse of products, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

5. Assumption of Risk

Purchaser acknowledges that research compounds may pose handling, storage, and disposal risks. Purchaser assumes full responsibility and all risk associated with the handling, storage, use, and disposal of all products purchased from Pure Options. Purchaser releases Pure Options, its officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from the purchase, possession, handling, storage, use, or disposal of any product.

6. Prohibition on Human or Veterinary Use

Purchaser expressly agrees that no product purchased from Pure Options shall be used for human consumption, veterinary use, medical use, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, or as a dietary supplement, food additive, or cosmetic. Any violation of this prohibition constitutes a material breach of these Terms and terminates Purchaser’s right to purchase from Pure Options.

7. No Resale

Purchaser agrees that products purchased from Pure Options are for the Purchaser’s own laboratory research use only and shall not be resold, redistributed, transferred, or otherwise provided to any third party without prior written authorization from Pure Options.

8. Qualified Purchaser Representation

By placing an order, Purchaser represents and warrants that they are at least 21 years of age, are a qualified researcher with the necessary training and institutional authorization to handle research compounds, and are purchasing solely for legitimate in vitro laboratory research purposes in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

9. Modifications

Pure Options reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
